I’m a wedding and elopement photographer serving fun, laid-back couples across North Carolina! I photograph 30+ traditional weddings a year, and an additional 30+ elopements or microweddings each year. I frequently photograph elopements in courthouses, living rooms, parks, breweries, and everywhere in between! I love the intimacy, sweetness, and uniqueness of elopements – couples often find that eloping or holding a microwedding allows them to slow down, focus on the joy of the day, and have a great time!

I became a wedding and elopement photographer after having an AMAZING experience with our own wedding photographer. We had a traditional wedding, but our photographer helped us focus on small, intentional moments, and created a lot of space for us to enjoy the intimacy of the day. I’ve enjoyed doing that now for my own clients – whether a 200-person wedding or a courthouse elopement, I love getting to know my couples, emphasizing the parts of the day most important to them, and serving as a reliable and relaxed part of their wedding day team.

A: I became interested in photography during a family trip to New Zealand!

Q: Tell us about your favorite elopement!
A: I photographed a sweet vow renewal elopement for a couple’s ten-year anniversary in Umstead Park in Raleigh, just myself and the couple.
