I love the flexibility and relaxed nature of elopements, as well as the couple’s ability to really make the day whatever they want. We pride ourselves on helping you create a space and time for yourselves and to celebrate your love. From the second you book with us (and even if you don’t!) we want to provide you with every resource possible to open your eyes to what’s out there and how to have the most fun and YOU day you can!
I always wanted to be a wedding photographer, and thanks to the pandemic and my hubby, I finally got to live my dream. Denton and I tied the knot on New Year’s Day in 2020, and he kept pushing me to put myself out there and give it a shot. I was already into photography, but I lacked the courage to pursue it. So, I reached out to every friend and resource I could find in the photography community, and boy, did I get some fantastic feedback and help from everyone I met and worked with along the way.
When the pandemic hit, it was a blessing in disguise.
My regular job was put on hold, and I had all the time in the world to focus on my business. I booked weddings throughout the year for couples who needed last-minute photographers because their original ones backed out.
I learned so much throughout the year and fell in love with everything about the job and the couples I was working with. It’s been an absolute privilege to continue doing what I love and meeting so many amazing couples along the way.

Q: What’s a fun fact about yourself?
A: Denton owns a bunch of Domino’s Pizza franchises as his full time job. We lived in a van in 2020-2022. We also know ASL.
Q: What is your favorite thing about elopements?
A: The couples who usually elope have a whole different value system in place about their marriage celebration and the flexibility of events that can happen during an elopement day.
Q: Is there a wedding detail on your bucket list?
A: A camp weekend wedding or any kinds of specialty activities. Rock climbing, helicopter ride, boats or lake activities, hot air balloon, the crazy stuff
Q: Tell us about your favorite elopement!
A: One of my first couples had a very DIY autumn backyard tent wedding and it will always be one of my favorites. We are still close friends with that couple to this day. They own Anchor Coffee in Wilkesboro and Winston-Salem.
