Maria’s limoncello theme was beautiful AND tasty! Maria setup a beautiful mock reception tablescape. We were so happy to see how each planner utilized the space and made it their own; the options are endless!

During the styled shoot at the Bill Scott Pavilion, planned by KaraMia Events, it was so much fun meeting other vendors and working together!

What I loved about that shoot and venue is the natural beauty of this intimate setting. I married the couple with the pond and grove of trees surrounding us, which is a beautiful view for guests. It’s such a peaceful and serene atmosphere!

This design was created during a Green Wedding Guild styled shoot. Planners who are a part of the Guild put together their own team to create a vision to execute. Bill Scott Pavilion was honored to be chosen as the host venue for what turned out to be such an eclectic shoot.

Conveniently, the reception was only a few hundred yards away under the shelter that was beautifully decorated. My favorite color combinations are yellow, blue, and white and the table was gorgeous and country chic (is that a thing?!). The wildflowers added to the ambiance and were so well coordinated with the colors and theme.

There was a stone fireplace as well, and the firepit by the pond begs for guests to gather around it to chat and roast marshmallows! You get the feeling you’re away in the mountains, but really this lovely venue is just tucked back into a protected area just outside of downtown Raleigh. The Bill Scott Pavilion is a gem for couples wanting a simple, natural micro-wedding or elopement!
