We’re high school sweethearts from Long Island, New York, and we’ve always been creatives, but owning a photography company was one of life’s great surprises. Brian originally pursued a degree in engineering but discovered photography along the way, saying, “I always found it amusing how I was pursuing a path based on structure and rules, and found so much fulfillment in a path based on art and creativity.”
Anna, on the other hand, discovered a love of photography during high school but graduated with a Bachelors Degree in English and a Masters in Library Science. My passion for photography was rekindled shortly after our wedding, and I began assisting Brian, learning how to discover and capture the story of the wedding and design albums to express that story.
With more than 800 weddings in our portfolio, we’d say that, hands down, our most favorite part of being wedding professionals is getting to meet so many amazing people while doing something that we truly enjoy. Each wedding, like each couple, is unique and different – so we’re definitely never bored. Even going to the same place twice, it’s always a completely different story that gets told, one that just… fits.

Q: What is your favorite thing about elopements?
A: We love the flexibility of elopement style weddings – adventurous or just intimate. The smaller guest count also means more time for meaningful interactions between couple and guests, and more time for the couple to enjoy each other.
Q: Tell us about your favorite elopement!
A: Most favorite recent elopement would be the couple who got married on their family’s land, next to a gorgeous lake and surrounded by nothing but nature. It was intimate, romantic, and filled with so much joy.
A: I seriously want a couple who’d be willing to go into a waterfall (think Hanging Rock State Park) in the full wedding day look… I feel like that would be incredibly fun and we could make some magic.
Q: What’s a fun fact about yourself?
A: We are the proud parents of two people babies (Michael and Daniel) and one fur baby (Steve) who are the literal lights of our lives.
