Bill Scott Pavilion is a stunning and unique venue located on the outskirts of downtown Raleigh. Enclosed in a beautiful grove of trees, the space provides natural scenery in an intimate setting that is perfect for any elopement. Enjoy a lakeside view while you say ‘I Do’ and a beautifully lit vaulted pavilion for dinner and dancing. Allow our minimalistic space to help your vision to come to life.

Bill Scott Pavilion is working to put a stronger focus on being eco-conscious. During renovations, we made purchases and chose paint products with the environment in mind. By using low VOC paint and LED lighting, we are trying to do our part in keeping our carbon footprint low. We are excited to use other natural elements of the space in future events, such as pine cones for centerpieces and trimmed limbs as wood for the fire pit.

Our favorite part of being an elopement vendor is witnessing how each couple utilizes our space. Everyone has their own vision and style to bring to the table, and we love seeing those ideas brought to life. Whether you choose a classic wedding or theme everything around Vegas, you’re head over heels for Halloween or want a brunch time tea party reception – we can’t wait to see it!

Q: What’s your title/position in your business?

A: Kayce Ward, Venue Manager

Q: What’s a fun fact about yourself?

A: One thing I cannot live without is goldfish. Seriously. I’m pretty sure I have one of those large boxes at my desk, in my pantry, and in my car. I know – I have a problem.

Q: What is your favorite thing about elopements?

A: Our favorite thing about elopements is the wave of emotions you can feel in the air. Elopements are small and intimate, meaning that the couple is surrounded by those closest to them, by those who love them most. Being wrapped in those arms of love is the best feeling in the world!
